SkyReelz Trust Center

Know what happens to your accounts, data and website.

A plain-English overview of how SkyReelz approaches ownership, privacy, payments, security, accessibility, vendors and AI. Contract terms control when a project has different requirements.

Account ownership

Your domain and core business accounts should remain under your control. Access is requested for the work, not used as leverage to lock you in.

Privacy & data

SkyReelz collects and uses information for defined business purposes and publishes privacy controls and legal notices for the public website.

Payments

When Square is used, secure card entry and payment processing are handled by Square. SkyReelz systems should not store full raw card numbers.

Website security

Projects can include SSL, access controls, software updates, backup planning and recovery procedures appropriate to the environment and scope.

Accessibility

SkyReelz uses accessibility-oriented design and testing practices. Accessibility is an ongoing publishing responsibility, not a one-click blanket guarantee.

Backups & recovery

Website care can include backup and restoration planning so a failed update or technical issue has a defined recovery path.

Vendor transparency

Hosting, analytics, payment, advertising and other external platforms remain subject to their own terms and security controls. We identify the tools that materially affect a project.

Responsible AI

AI can assist research, drafting, analysis and workflow tasks. Material client decisions, published claims and sensitive actions still require appropriate human review.

Clear scope

Security, response times, maintenance coverage, data handling and specialized compliance obligations belong in the written project scope or agreement when they matter.

Put project-specific requirements in writing.

If a project has procurement, security, accessibility, data-processing or vendor requirements, SkyReelz can address them during scoping instead of hiding them behind vague claims.
